About the Boston and North Wash Training Group
Boston and North Wash Training Group are a long established, respected training provider offering high quality, cost effectice training for landbased and related rural businesses throughout mid and south Lincolnshire.
The Group offer a wide range of courses, selected either from the standard training programme or tailored to meet specific business requirements; all are aimed at increasing the individual skills of staff and management whilst developing businesses and ensuring they are kept up to date with health and safety, legislative and assurance scheme requirements.
Instructors and tutors used are fully qualified and highly skilled with many years of practical experience within their specific field of expertise.
Over time the Boston & North Wash Training Group have established close links with many accredited awarding bodies. The Group is a Registered Provider with Lantra Awards, BASIS and UK Rural Skills, in addition to working closely with NPTC / City & Guilds and NRoSO.
Courses are held locally, either on farm or at a local venue at a time of the year to fit in with work patterns and staffing requirements.
Many practical skills areas are covered including: pesticides, all types of lift trucks, chainsaw, emergency first aid, manual handling. working at heights, vermin control, workshop skills, health and safety, ATV, UTV, Driver CPC and many more.
Specific BASIS courses are run together with a range of business, man management and agronomy courses.
